Whenever I make palak dal I have these left over stems that I avoid putting in the dal. But then again I don't like wasting food materials.
So what I usually do with the left over stems is, I add them to the roti dough to which I also add 1 - 1.5 tbsp flaxseed (fibre source).
Then roll them out like rotis as always.
The final rotis will look something like this.
Tastes too yummy if you ask me. :)
